CANCELLATION

• For a full (100%) refund, notification of Cancellation must be received 48 hours or more prior to your tour time.

• We will refund half ( 50%), if your notification of Cancellation is less than 48 hours, but more than 24 hours before your tour time.

• However we will make no refunds for notifications of Cancellation less than 24 hours ahead of your tour time, as is the industry norm.

RAIN

Rain is just as welcome as sunshine, adding to the whole outdoor experience! Due to Jamaica's tropical climate, a certain amount of rainfall is expected in the Blue Mountain rainforest region. So, if it rains the tour will NOT be cancelled and we will provide you with rain gear. However, if the weather is too severe in the mountains, the tour will be cancelled. You will then have the option to receive a full refund or to reschedule for the next tour day.

U.S. & Jamaican Cash , all major credit cards, Amex and Traveller's Cheques accepted.

AGE

Adults and children seven (7) years and older welcome!

DEPOSITS REQUIRED

• No deposit is required for regular bookings.

• Groups are required to deposit 50% of total cost,  one month prior to their tour date and the balance one week before the tour.

SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS:

Meals: We try to accommodate special dietary requests wherever possible e.g. Vegetarian dishes. However we require notification of these requests in advance to allow proper arrangements and planning.

Groups: We welcome groups. If you wish to book a group, please contact us in advance for details and to make special arrangements.

Blue Mountain Bicycle Tours Ltd. is an eco-friendly organization. The basis of our tour is the natural Jamaican environment itself. We strongly support the important concept of environmental conservation and eco-tourism as a healthy, natural way of sharing our country while at the same time protecting its natural resources.
